Join Fu’s Repair Shop, Anohka Distillery and Modern Pastures for an unforgettable farm to table experience. From pasture to plate and grain to glass, join us for a special Open Farm Day’s event, celebrating the people and ingredients shaping Alberta’s food community. Tour Meunier Livestock, home to 1899 Beef Co, and see firsthand how cattle, plants and people can thrive together. From there, make your way to Anohka Distillery, Alberta’s newest farm to flask distillery. Seated in the heart of their barley field, you will be greeted with a welcome cocktail and treated to a five-course dinner created by Chef Winnie Chen of Fu’s Repair Shop. Dinner will highlight 1899 Beef alongside ingredients from special local producers.
