Soupalicious Fundraiser and Harvest Fair
Join us for soup-er delicious sampling of cozy soup creations made by collaborative teams of local food producers and chefs! Browse the artisan market, play outdoor games and dance to the live music in celebration of harvest season!
Soupalicious is a Canada wide event created by the Compost Council of Canada (CCC) and aims to support the growing of fresh food for donation to community food access organizations. As a community urban farm and project of the CCC, the vast majority of produce grown at Highfield Farm is donated to food access in Calgary. To increase our capacity to further support food access in Calgary, Highfield Farm is currently fundraising for a greenhouse which will allow us to grow year-round, trial exciting agri-technologies, and provide an indoor space for educational activities.
Tickets are $15/person or $50 for a family of four. Each ticket includes three 3oz soup samples, with extra samples available for purchase at $2 each.
Highfield Farm’s paths are made of woodchips and are not always level. The site is accessible for people who use mobility devices.
