Built in 1958, the Spruce Grove Grain Elevator was in operation until 1995 (when it was due for demolition). It is now being maintained as a Historically Designated Museum. It is the last remaining wooden Grain Elevator on the CN Rail line west of Edmonton.

  • You will get a step by step small group tour of the elevator.  Tours will start at 9:30 am and the last tour will run at 2:30pm. Tours will take approx. 15 to 20 mins per group – Booking Tool Below
  • Visit small museum of artifacts that have been donated by locals in the surrounding area.
  • Visit Spruce Grove Archive’s
  • See and read about Water Tower & the Red Barn
  • We will have a tractor display, old and new.
  • The concession will be open for food purchases.
  • Farmers Market will be open during these times.

From East (Edmonton)

Drive west from Edmonton on Highway 16 to to Century Road Spruce Grove South overpass. Continue on Century Rd to South Ave. Turn Right.

Turn Right into Shep St. Elevator will be straight ahead.

From West (Entwistle)

Drive East on Yellowhead to merge right 16A east. Stay on 16A through Spruce Grove to Golden Spike Road. Turn Left onto Railroad Ave. Elevator is on your Left.
