Opened in late 2015, Theoretically Brewing is the passion project of two pals: Kris and Kel. Kris is a Chemistry Instructor and glass blower at the University of Lethbridge, and Kel is a local historian with a passion for beer.

The Brewery focuses on the recreation of older styles with modern ingredients, taking inspiration from European brewing methods and styles while highlighting locally grown Canadian ingredients.

Theoretically Brewing Co is an LGBTQIA+ owned business with deep ties to Southern Alberta, the local live music scene, and has many wonderful programs and events going on all the time!
