Join the Starland County Agricultural Service Board and partners on Saturday, August 16, 2025, for a fantastic day touring local farms and operations in the county. The tour will be followed by a long table dinner at Barney’s Adventure Park, where a local chef will serve a delicious catered meal made with local meat and produce.

Get ready for a fun-filled tour and a delightful long table dinner with great company. Tour stops include Pioneer Canola Plots, Crooked Lakes Livestock & Grain, Cloverleaf Hutterite Colony Gardens, Starland Seed Cleaning Plant, and Bio-Agtive Emissions Farming. The long table dinner will feature multiple courses, staged John Deere equipment for touring, a western band, a photo booth, and yard games.

The tour will start and end at Barney’s Adventure Park and will include a light lunch.

From Drumheller, Alberta, head west on North Dinosaur Trail (Highway 838). Drive approximately 12.5 km. Pass the Royal Tyrrell Museum, Little Church, golf course, Cactus Coulee Fun Park, and Drumheller KOA Campground. Turn left off Dinosaur Trail into Barney’s Adventure Park parking lot. If you have gone up the hill you have gone too far!
