As part of Alberta’s Open Farm Days, this ticketed experience features a gourmet farm-to-table four-course dinner, live folk music,  farm storytelling, and a guided farm experience – all set against a magical prairie sunset. With only 50 seats available, this one-night-only event blends rustic charm, cross-cultural celebration, and local harvest hospitality into a truly unique celebration of community, diversity, and sustainability.

Appetizer Course :

🍴 Nasturtium Blossom Carpaccio – With microgreens and balsamic reduction.

🍴 Viva la Roasted Garlic  – with flatbread crisps. Soup from the Forest: Stinging Nettle Velouté

🍴 “Everything from The Farm” Salad – Served on rustic wooden planks with seasonal farm-fresh vegetables.

🥩 Fireroasted Alberta Beef  – Alberta Striploin grilled over open flame, served with a rich farm grown herbal chimichurri , Prairie Farm potatoes, medeley of beans and grilled baby zucchini
