We are excited to welcome you to our home at Christy Creek Honey for Alberta Open Farm Days!

Free Activities:

• Watch bees at work in our observation hive
• Enjoy flowers and the peaceful county setting
• Browse unique gifts and honey products in our bee boutique
• Bring a picnic and a blanket and stay awhile
• Check out our new bee dome.
• Play some games or make a craft (some activities are by donation)

Optional Paid Experience:

• Suit up and open a hive with the beekeeper.  Learn what a real hive looks like inside.  (limited spots – booking recommended!  Look for the Alberta Open Farm Day booking link!  https://www.christycreekhoney.ca/book-online)

• Directions:

  From Lac La Biche, go south on highway 36. Turn right/west at Christy Creek Road (Township Road 653). Continue on Christy Creek Road for approximately 4.5 km (over a bridge and up a hill to the first intersection). Turn left/south at the first intersection (Range Road 143). Drive approximately 1.5 km to the first intersection (T intersection). Turn right/west onto Township road 652. Follow the gravel road for almost 1 km. Christy Creek Honey is on the left/south side of the road. Park and make your way to the little log cabin.
