Six generations of family farming later, we operate a mixed farm consisting primarily of vegetables, cattle, and traditional grain crops. We are known for Alberta’s largest asparagus patch, freshly hand-picked super sweet garden peas, and lots of other great vegetables.

We are offering weather-dependent free tours to our veggie fields on Saturday August 17, 2024!

• After the tour pop into our Country Store for some great hand-picked fresh vegetables and so much more!

• Please note we are not open on Sunday.

Our Country Store is all about home grown goodness! We offer farm-direct seasonal farm gate sales of our home grown sweet and tender Asparagus Mid May until the end of June, freshly picked garden peas July & August and many other veggies. In the freezer, you can pick up Edgar Farms home raised, hormone- and antibiotic-free, grass fed Angus beef. Also there are naturally fermented veggies, asparagus and other homemade soups and ready-to-bake homemade fruit & savory pies. The preserves shelves are brimming with a large selection of handmade preserves using traditional recipes and our own home grown ingredients with no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. Everything is natural as it should be. Don’t forget your cooler! The Country Store is open 10 AM – 5 PM Monday to Saturday, Closed Sundays, from early May until early September.
