Come out to the farm on Saturday, August 16, to meet a wide range of folks from every branch of the agriculture industry. Learn how deep the roots of agriculture go and just how far they reach from the farm to your home; you and your family have the opportunity to take part in entertaining demos and hear individual stories from members of agriculture!

Farming Smarter’s Open Farm Day also includes bouncy castles for the kids, the Gentle Giant Acres petting zoo, crop tours in our research plots, and a delicious BBQ fundraiser for Lethbridge East Rotary club.

If traveling from Lethbridge, exit off 43 St S onto Hwy 512 and travel East past The Norland Historic Estate – Farming Smarter Association is the first parking lot on your LEFT after you pass the Lethbridge Correctional Centre.

If out East, Farming Smarter Association is the first parking lot on your RIGHT if traveling West past the intersection of Hwy 512 & Range Rd 211.
