Step back into the past with a visit to the original Pegg family farmstead, established in 1913. Join us to learn about the challenges our early farmers faced raising livestock and doing daily household chores.

Young George Pegg developed a keen interest in plants and as an adult he made valuable contributions to the record of Alberta’s native plants. His original plant collector’s garden is the centerpiece of this site.
