Come visit this popular agri-tourism farm, just 20 min north of Edmonton, for:

  • free entry to the kid’s 10 minute corn maze and petting farm baby goats;
  • join a free farm and orchard walking tour featuring medicinal herbology of wild plants
  • come for lunch and enjoy farm fresh fare featuring farm grown baby potatoes, salad, BBQ
  • enjoy an ice cream cone or farm shortcake

First established in 1956, this award-winning 70 year-old farm has lots of nooks and crannies to explore! There are apple trees and newly planted farm orchards with apples, cherries, plums, rhubarb, raspberries, apricots, currants, and haskaps to investigate. You can purchase fruit trees and berry plants to take home.  There is a petting farm for goat “schnuggles”, a corn maze for kids,  a Country Store to shop for goodies in and a new Herbal Apothecary to learn about plants for health and beauty.

Come back through the summer on weekends for U-pick Vegetables, Garlic, Dill, Pickling Cucumbers and Sweet Corn.  On Sundays, join in for indigenous Ways of the Land storytelling, drumming, or games.

The Sunflower Patch is a beauty to behold over the Sept long weekend along with a U-pick Apple session.

The Pumpkin Patch in the fall is home to our 39th Annual Falloween & Haunted Pumpkin Festival on weekends starting with Fall-o-ween on September 21, Pumpkin Fest every weekend in October.

Join us for an unforgettable evening where the stories of the land to celebrate our 70th anniversary at Prairie Gardens Farm, just 30 minutes north of Edmonton.

As part of Alberta’s Open Farm Days, this ticketed experience features a gourmet farm-to-table four-course dinner, live folk music,  farm storytelling, and a guided farm experience – all set against a magical prairie sunset.

With only 50 seats available, this one-night-only event blends rustic charm, cross-cultural celebration, and local harvest hospitality into a truly unique celebration of community, diversity, and sustainability.
