Rocking T Farms is a first generation regenerative family farm.

We rotationally graze pigs, cows, goats, and sheep in a closed loop system, where each animal contributes to the forage quality for the next one. Cover crops play a central role in not only regenerating our soils, increasing bio diversity, but are also vital to increase animal health, nutrient density of our meats and ultimately human health. We do like to joke that everybody on this farm is a little bit dense. Our closed loop system goes further than just the nutrient density of our meat produced on farm. The manure produced by our animals in the winter ends up in a highly active compost pile that then serves as the basis for our no-till garden and produces nutrient dense vegetables, herbs and teas.
