A unique and engaging Roadside Stand Tour!
A delightful alternative to a traditional farmers market. This tour takes you on a scenic drive through the Strathcona County countryside from one local farm to the next.
- Bring along your coolers just incase you purchase local goodies or load it with a picnic lunch to enjoy at the Dreamcatcher Nature Assisted Therapy farm.
- There are potatoes to dig (fee) at the Ardrossan Recreation and Agricultural Society Community Growing Patch. Learn about the growing techniques they used.
- Spruce trees to dig (fee) at The Junior Farmers.
- Others participating are Oak and Aspen Soapery, Wood by Taylor, Fellowship Farms, Wildwood Perennials, Nossa Farms, UnBoutiqued and 8 Acres Coffee.

At the Ardrossan Recreation and Agriculture stop pick up your Adventure Guide (Rg Rd 222 and Wye Road) and enjoy your afternoon drive through the area east of Ardrossan between Hwy 16 and Wye Road in Strathcona County. Strathcona County is located adjacent to the east side of Edmonton. This Roadside Stand Tour offers a rich tapestry of agricultural and artisanal experiences, connecting you with the local community and its diverse offerings. Enjoy the journey, the learning, and the unique hands-on activities.

The Ardrossan Recreation and Agriculture Society “Dig a Hill”, of potatoes. Learn about the growing techniques utilized at the Community Growing Patch. Purchase vegetables, visit other vendors and check out the rural library on wheels, The Strathcona County Bookmobile
Grove on Wye: Oak and Aspen Soapery and Wood by Taylor Soaps and soaks from Oak and Aspen Soapery and raw edge charcuterie boards and wood products are created here. Weather permitting a self guided tour along the trails may interest you.
Courier Equine Park: Wildwood Perennials and Nossa Farms (bees) will be located at Courier Equine Park Perennials as you would expect with information on planting and transplanting as well as Bee keeping information and of course, honey
The Farm: Meet our Junior Farmers and pick up a bundle of firewood for the next camping trip. Here you will also find eggs, peacock feathers and the most adorable feed sacks for purchase.
Fellowship Farms : Stop by and visit Jared and Josie of Fellowship Farms! Here you can purchase local farm products that include pastured pork, select vegetables, salsa, tallow lotion, and more. Learn about the history of their food and farming background, their passion for creating lasting memories around the dinner table, and their curated meat boxes – available online with local delivery to your door at the click of a button.
Dreamcatcher Nature Assisted Therapy (only open 1-4) Pet the therapy animals, learn about their programs and find a spot to sit, rest and enjoy your picnic lunch.

Savour a cup of 8 Acres coffee. Locally roasted with a wonderful story. And.., shop. UnBoutiqued offers a fantastic selection of women’s apparel. Who would have thought you would find a place in the country, away from the bustle of the city to do your wardrobe shopping?
