Pioneer Butchery and Charcuterie was started in 2019. The company was formed by Allan and Greg Dixon who are 4th generation Albertans.

The sausage, smokies, and charcuterie products are made with locally sourced, naturally raised meats, just like the good old days. By combining time tested methods with new ideas and flavours, distinct and exciting line of products are created. All products are gluten free!
The Pioneer Outpost is located at the family ranch on Cowboy Trail. We are located at the U Lazy U Ranch, 3 km south of Chains Lakes Provincial Park off Highway 22. (142056)
